Rim a highball glass with fresh lemon and sea salt. Fill the glass with ice and add
1.5 oz. AE V/X 1/8 tsp. Hot Sauce
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Juice of 1/4 fresh lemon
1 tsp. Horseradish
Top with 4-5 oz. tomato juice
Garnish with lemon wedge
